No Refunds
All treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused treatments cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or store credit unless required by law.
Non-Transferable
Packages are for the original purchaser only and may not be transferred, shared, or sold.
Expiration
Unless otherwise stated, packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Scheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in one treatment being deducted.
