Kristi Sims
Owner – Esthetician
I have been a licensed esthetician since 2007. I opened The Skin Bar in 2012 in Benton. Over the last decade I expanded from being a one person establishment to a full service Med-Spa, then opened a second Med Spa in 2022 in Hot Springs
Village. I struggled with horrible skin early in my teen years that lasted into adulthood. I understand more than anyone how it affects self esteem. I also remember going places for treatments and spending $$ with no results or feeling uncomfortable at “CERTAIN PLACES”. When I opened this business I specifically wanted everyone to feel welcome and comfortable when they walk in the door. I hope to have achieved this. Ive definitely made mistakes over the years but have learned so much and am constantly trying to improve the business. I truly appreciate everyone who has been a client and if you have never been in to see us please give us a chance because we are here for YOU. Alas…. I have 3
boys and have been married 25 years and in spare time which is not often I love to DIY….

I have 6 kids so I’m always on the go. RN since 2005, APN since 2012, career in ER 2005-2020. Aesthetic Injection training 2017. Never dreamed this would turn into full time job, but always loved aesthetics, worked for plastic surgeon during nursing school . Was able to completely leave ER in 2020 to fully pursue aesthetic Injection business and love what I do. Whether saving lives in ER setting, or helping clients feel and look better, I love having the ability to help others. In free time, love exercise, cooking and anything outdoors.

Kara has been a massage therapist for 17 years and specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage and TMJ. She often incorporates tuning forks and cupping into massages upon request.

Born in Ft Worth Texas. Lived in Hot springs Village for 4 years. Began working in a physical therapy 3 years ago & it launched her passion to help others further through healing massage consisting of: Deep Tissue, Trigger points, Reduced stress, PNF, promoting overall wellness. She wants you to walk away with a sense of well being & peace. When not working on her clients, she actively participates at church, take her senior dog, Penny, on hikes, travels & just added a new addition to her little family, a Senegal parrot named Snoopy.

Traci has been in the medical field since 2010, working primarily in family practice. In 2020, Traci went on to further her career in laser and medical aesthetics.

Kristen Wilson

Hi friends! I’m Kristen! I was born and raised in Benton, AR and I’ve been a registered nurse since 2018. I worked in the ICU while I pursued my dream of becoming an aesthetic nurse
After I got a few years of ICU experience under my belt, I felt ready to take my first COVID ICU travel assignment. I traveled to Vandy in Nashville, TN and VCU in Richmond, VA. I’m extremely thankful for the friendships I made and patients I cared for.
While travel nursing, I was fortunate enough to get offered an aesthetic job. I have been injecting for two years and I know aesthetics is where I am meant to be! I am so grateful for Kristy and the opportunity I was granted with @theskinbar. I am so excited to meet you all!
My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and make you feel/look like the best version of yourself. Before I was in this industry, the attributes I valued from my injector were; authenticity, knowledge, a warm and welcoming personality, and an artistic eye. I strive to have all of these qualities for my patients.
Fun facts:
- I am currently in school at ASU for my Family Nurse Practitioner
- I am half greek and have plans to go to Greece for the first time next summer!
- Me and my husband have been together a total of 8 yrs and married for 3.5
- I am a mother to 3 baby dogs
- I met my best friend at 5 yrs old and we are now 28, still going strong
- My friends would probably describe me as bubbly, loyal, and hard working
- My hobbies include injecting y’all’s beautiful faces, lifting weights, traveling, and spending time with my husband and dogs
Sloan McMoran

Sloane has a background in cosmetology and aesthetics but her true passion is in body sculpting. Sloane has over 4 years in this practice and enjoys helping her clients look and feel their best. Body sculpting is a noninvasive approach to tightening toning and reshaping the body and is also a great motivator to aiding weight loss!
