Kristi became interested in esthetics after experiencing dramatic improvements on her own skin from facial treatments. Having skin care issues herself, inspired her to experiment with different facial treatments leading to a curiosity and passion towards skin care. As a spa owner, Kristi strives to set The Skin Bar apart from the typical spa business model. She has created a warm and welcoming place that clients can walk into and feel their stressful everyday world melt away. Kristi has worked for over a decade as an esthetician. She started The Skin Bar as a one woman operation in 2012 in Benton. Since that time she has added Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Myofascial Release Therapist, a Laser Technician, Lash Tech, Microblading, and a Nurse Practitioner that does Injections.
Shelby Stringfellow-LPN Senior Laser Tech
Shelby is from England AR. She went to HSU then on to St.Vincent nursing. She has lived in this area for the past 23 years. Shelby is certified to Pixels, Photo Facials, LHR, microdermabrasions, and chemical peels. With 40 years experience as a nurse as well as 13 plus years as a laser tech. She joins us from Sona Med Spa. When she is not working she spends most of her time with her family. She has been married for 52 years a mother to 3 daughters and grandmother to 7.
Jessica Richardson- Nurse Practitioner - Injector
Jessica started out in the esthetic field 13 years ago for a plastic surgeon and went on to get her RN the PRN. She has had extensive training with Allergan. When she is not in the ER or injecting she spends time with her husband and 4 kids.
Cindy L. Adams - MFR Therapist
Cindy's passion is bringing the hope of healing to people! After her own journey through pain and dysfunction Cindy found healing through the gentle and effective therapy of John Barnes' Myofascial Release (MFR.) Rob moved here from Pennsylvania 10 years ago. He is very passionate about helping people recover from injuries. He is qualified in various techniques such as relaxation and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and lymphatic drainage. When he is not working on people he spends time with his kids, plays music, hikes with his dog and reads about quantum physics and philosophy.

Cindy is an avid exerciser teaching water aerobics when she is not doing skincare. She loves to sing and dance and has a black-belt in Taekwondo. She specializes in relaxing facials for those who love more massage in treatment..
Karmen Hart - Esthetician - Lash Technician
Karmen graduated from Continental Beauty College in 1980 with her Manicure license, and Esthetician license in 2003. She specialize in Xtream Lashes and skin care. She has worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years.
Ashley Valdez- Esthetician-Senior Laser Tech
Ashley completed high school in 2007 from Cabot, Arkansas. She has always loved the beauty and skin care industry. Starting in 2011 doing custom airbrush tans and in 2015 decided to pursue laser and medical aesthetics school at the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas following with esthetician school in Benton, Arkansas. Ashley is very passionate about skin care and educating her clients. She has retained many clients that have become more then just clients, they have became friends. She makes sure her clients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door to during every treatment they receive. She is very detail oriented, organized and precise in administrating treatments. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, going on adventures including hikes and trails or anything that is next to a lake or beachside, along with spending time with her family and relatives.

Heather went to Massage Therapy School at Body Wellness and got her License in 2012. She has been doing massage for 8 years and loves to make her clients feel better and relaxed as they leave. She strives to make it the most relaxing stress free experience for her clients. Heather and her husband have been married for 8 years and have 3 children together. They love to spend time as a family and just enjoy life.
